Annual Harvest Festival - October 16 and 17, 2010 - Sturbridge, MA
The Annual Harvest Festival is about to unfold in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Held at the Publick House Historic Inn and on the Town Common (Route 131), the Harvest Festival is one of Sturbridge's largest celebrations. It is estimated that over 6000 people attended in 2009.
Highlights of the 2010 Harvest Festival include a pumpkin decorating contest, musical performers, a Taste of Sturbridge food sampling, local artisans and crafters, and of course the ever-popular Scarecrow Contest.
Harvest Festival runs from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, October 16, and 11 am to 4 pm on Sunday, October 17. Come on down and spend the day celebrating the bounty of Sturbridge, MA.
