Massachusetts Outdoor Exposition - September 26, 2010 in Sturbridge MA

The annual Massachusetts Outdoor Exposition, fondly known as The Big MOE, returns to Sturbridge on Sunday, September 26, 2010.  A full day of outdoor activity is planned from 9 AM to 4 PM at the Hamilton Rod and Gun Club.

The Big MOE is a day for kids to experience and learn outdoor skills, enjoy wildlife education, and understand conservation.  The day is FREE to kids and families.  Some of the activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Archery
  • Air Gun
  • Fly Tying
  • Native Reptiles and Birds of Prey
  • Canoeing and Kayaking
  • Tomahawk and Knife Throw
  • Wood Carving
  • Ice Fishing
  • Geocaching

 

Parking is available at American Motor Lodge, Burgess Elementary School, and Old Sturbridge Village.  Be sure to check the details on the Big MOE web site.

Kathryn thanks for your comment.  I know that my mls system has Postal code searches but partial ones are a little bit tricky.  I think it's good to have a third source to help us resolve those areas so we just draw it on a map.  Knowing the ins and outs of other systems helps us keep our eggs in more than one basket and not make any mistakes for our precious clients.  Thanks again for the comment, Jark.
