Just stopped in to say hello kathryn

Kathryn thanks for the post.  This comment is for your recent article on doing pop-by's.  Every time I tried giving comments it redirected me to a RE/MAX search lead generator page, so I hope it's ok that I leave a comment for you here.

I've only now been starting on my stop-bys.  I've been a REALTOR for just about a year so there are not too many past clients on my roster.  Also, our of of my buyers/sellers who presently live in Vancouver, only a small percentage live in freehold non-stratas, so buzzing up the apartment building doesn't have the same "ring" to it as knocking on the front door.  Thanks for your post, looking forward to being in the same position.  Cheers, Jark.

Richie:  Thanks - I appreciate that!

Jark:  Doing pop-bys takes time but they are great fun.
