SOLD to a Very Smart First-Time Buyer in Worcester, MA

SOLD to a Very Smart First-Time Buyer

Congratulations to my very intelligent buyer, who recently purchased his first house in Worcester, MA.

The property he purchased isn't just a home for him, though, it is a 2-family investment property.  He was wise enough to recognize that this is the market to buy in, and this is also the market to invest in.  He now collects the rent instead of paying it, saving himself hundreds of dollars each month.

Well done, Ryan!

Happily serving you in real estate,

Nice deals up in the northeast, especially on multi family homes. Good for your buyer

Hi Scott.  You are right - there is an abundance of multi-family homes.  Great time to buy as an owner-occupant.

Hi Kathryn.  Nice to hear about a first time buyer as an owner occupied two family.  My first purchase was an owner occupied two family.

Hi Jim:  It is a great way to get into home ownership as well as real estate investing.  I wish more buyers would consider this.
